Diana Syverud

In Practice for Over 25 Years

In the 1990’s I was involved in a hit and run car accident, which derailed my career as a dancer. An important part of my recovery was CranioSacral and Massage Therapy. After seeing the impact of these modalities on my recovery I began taking classes to better understand the power of healing touch. Now, 30 years later I am still learning.

I find that slow, focused deep tissue work combined with the subtle yet enormously impactful work of CranioSacral Therapy is a powerful combination. Utilizing movement and breath awareness I work with my clients to slowly unwind old holding patterns and release tension to encourage ease of movement and lessening of pain. I also specialize in pre-natal and post-partum massage to support both mother and child during this special time.

“I have been a monthly client of Diana’s for 15 years. Her treatments have taken me through many stressful times, including marriage, childbirth and divorce. Without her my repetitive stress symptoms would be unbearable. She has also referred me to other fantastic treatment specialists. She’s great!” — Judy H.

I found Diana years ago, and am so thankful that I did. Whether the massage I’ve received has been for an injury or general relaxation/self-care, I have complete trust in Diana’s knowledge, skill and thoughtfulness. Her space is warm and welcoming and safe for a wide range of clients. She is a kind and very experienced practitioner and I highly recommend her.” — Charlie S.
